Health and Fitness life hacks

 

1. you have to drink at least a liter of water a day to keep a high metabolism, make sure to track how much you drink.

 

2. make sure to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, designate a time to exercise each day.

 

3. You don't have to starve yourself,it is okay to eat, treat yourself, but their is a difference between treating yourself and just doing it all the time. if you do it all the time then you wont be treating yourself, lets keep it special.
